Keaton Otis was shot 23 times by the police. He was 25 years old. On May 12 2010 the Portland Police fired thirty two shots at Keaton Otis. Twenty Three of those struck Keaton, and took his life. This is an anonymous community website, unofficially intended for disseminating information.
